How to Measure
· Bust/Chest: Measure completely around your chest/bust at the fullest point, holding the tape measure taut, but not tight.
· Waist: Measure around to your belly at the fullest point
· Hips: Measure around the fullest portion of your hips and backside. (does not apply to waist trainer )

Also some Trainers will have the waist inches in the drop down option , please do not confuse your clothing size with you shaping/training garment size,make sure you measure your waist!
