Processing takes up to 48 hours Once Your Order is received,expedited processing is available at an additional cost.
Once your order is process you will be emailed your tracking number.
Occasionally there is a hold with customs as waist trainers are imported,when this happens we will try our best to contact you.
No refunds,Exchange only on Size issues
Item must me in original packaging and not worn and must be returned within 5 days,Items will have a Restocking Fee.

Waist Trianers are UNDER GARMENTS and due to sanitary reasons cannot be returned or exchanged as they cannot be re-sold once they have been used.Please make sure you measure yourself, do not get confused with the sizing of your clothing when determining your waist trainer size. Follow the size chart or inches in the drop down option to ensure correct sizing.final.
